Ballet’s not just for kids and pros. It’s time for you to step up to the barre!

Challenge your mind and stretch your body in our adult ballet classes! Our expert instructor, Beverly Holskin, brings more than 20 years of experience teaching classical ballet to our beginner-friendly program. Unlike many of our other classes that use dance as a fun vehicle for cardio conditioning, you’ll have the opportunity to work on technique — and some serious lower body strength — in ballet.


A fun fitness class based & built upon ballet technique & movements. Incorporated within the class are exercises designed to strengthen, tone & sculpt all muscles groups. After a warm-up at the ballet barre, we move center to a cardio segment followed by push-ups & glut work (always a must!) Class is concluded with gentle stretching to lengthen out & elongate all ballet muscles including the beautiful back to ensure limberness and flexibility in dancers & non-dancers alike!
